Being responsible & accountable for developing and diversifying the Wound Reconstruction business within the Tissue Technologies regenerative franchise for Limb Salvage. The role includes the development of finical, promotional, education programs in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the franchise margin. Build and execute very targeted programs, including rollout of a 3-5 year plan, working with test markets in the early part of the project, influencing governmental departments and changing current clinical practice.

 

Strategic Marketing:

Design regional strategic marketing platform, campaigns, tactics and marketing plans; work with defined local markets to define specific campaigns in line with strategic intent

Aggregate regional market analysis and intelligence

Develop & maintain strong insights & understanding of focus markets

Provide input & recommend regional Business Development opportunities

Adapt global product positioning, to fit local needs

Define regional pricing with commercial leadership

Prioritize opportunities/ input into Global R&S Funnel

Develop region revenue strategic planning

Build evidence generation requirements strategy. For EMEA, Regional and at a country level where required

Create plans for Economic Marketing

Commercial Execution:

Program / Product expertise for the region

Support in-country sales & product specialists for key NPIs/ focus brands

Develop marketing tactics and related marketing collaterals for our sales force & support local marketing & sales management in their implementation;

Develop the appropriate marketing tools & programs to support the sales force to execute their revenue targets

Support sales force, local marketing and any specialty account managers in the field.

Marketing support for indirect markets including support to tactical plan

NPIs Launch tool kits & marketing collaterals

Lead EMEA key clinician’s educational meetings (congress, courses, workshops.)

Manage regional franchise opex budgets and resource allocation

Establish revenue targets/ Franchise with KPIs.

 

NPI/Lifecycle management:

Serve as liaison between global and local teams

Aggregate VoC/market insights and input on NPIs and lifecycle management (primary & secondary market data)

Provide oversight to NPIs and input to PD pipeline / Share with Local PD pipeline priorities

Regional execution of NPIs launch & discontinuation plans

Define regional reimbursement priorities

Identify Regional market access needs: input to Global Franchise Team

 

Med education & Sales Education:

Own the design and the implementation of product strategy, MedEd programs, budget, and KPIs

Contribute to develop EMEA KOL networks/ franchise & EMEA MedEd programs and partnerships


  • Actively demonstrated that they have built programs around technology crossover and or developed new markets or implemented surgical techniques
  • Relevant educational background (MBA, Marketing, Economics, Engineers)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages always an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry in a sales or marketing function 
  • International experience – preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability skills enjoys International experience
  • Ability to lead and execute complex multi-functional projects
