Our Hartlepool facility delivers integrated design and manufacturing solutions for high technology, high mix and complex products including solutions for IoT connectivity and customised power. A complete electronics assembly service is delivered including electronic, mechanical and software design, prototype, new product introduction, global procurement, tooling and moulding, PCB assembly, box build and test, packaging and global fulfilment.

Introduction

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured on-time, in-line with company procedures and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Joining us as an Electronics Production Operative you will:

Operate in various Production Cells performing product assembly repair and test functions to the requirements of the Master Production Schedule, Quality Management System and other Company imposed targets.
Be able to perform a variety of tasks, operating as part of a multi skilled operator pool
Ensure achievement of required Quality Standards and use of approved Quality Methods whilst working to Standard minute values.
Fully contribute to achieving departmental KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets.
Ensure Quality standards are rigorously applied to all tasks completed and take an active role in identifying issues which may affect the quality of your work or the work of others.
Adhere to all policy and legislative requirements in respect of Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation.
Any other reasonable duties as required.
