Electrician

About the role:

We are currently looking for two experienced Electricians to be a part of our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Godalming.  The team specialise in day to day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishment of void properties for a reputable Social Housing client with homes based in Camberley through to Haslemere.

The Electrician role:

• Undertake day to day reactive repairs and maintenance work on occupied residential properties, working from a PDA job list.
• Complete partial rewires of void properties when reactive response workstreams have low numbers of jobs
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.

What will you bring as the Electrician?

• Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate preferred
• Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
