Some of the Job Roles/Responsibilities of a shift manager will include:

• To aid the store manager in meeting and exceeding strict standards and performance targets
• To help train and manage other team members
• Create a fun and professional working environment
• Provide a consistently high-quality product and service to customers
• During the store manager’s absence, fulfil all their various roles
• Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are always upheld
• Must be able to work well under pressure

Experience working in a food environment or having managerial experience is essential.

You must be available to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
