The role:
The primary role of the Delivery Department is to implement the Dotmatics Platform, a highly configurable web application. During a project, the application is developed into a solution to meet specific customer requirements by the project team. Often this work is done in parallel to an existing production environment into which the new configuration needs to be merged. The role of the Deployment Manager is to ensure that Delivery operates the transition from configuration to Go-Live and long-term support as effectively as possible.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in Delivery, Support and Product QA to ensure that deployment of the configured software to customers runs smoothly. You will manage a team of Quality Engineers who develop tests against configured environments and who may work with the delivery team to assist with the deployment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Quality Management processes related to the deployment phase of delivery.
The successful applicant will report to the European Head of Delivery and manage staff located in Europe.
The office location for this role is Bishops Stortford (CM23 2ND). This office is currently closed due to the coronavirus situation. This and all other Dotmatics’ roles are now fully remote working.
