About the role Our team is here to provide support to our most vulnerable customers.We help people get on top of their UW bills by acting as the point of contact for those who show signs of vulnerability, for example having an existing repayment arrangement, or that their account may show signs of falling behind on their payments. This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. You’ll need to be naturally empathetic as you’ll be supporting people in really difficult situations. No two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same and you’ll be here to support, guide and reassure customers that we’re here to help and there are ways forward. The role will be based from our head office in Colindale. We’ve revamped our training to be delivered in a Covid safe way onsite, though we may ask you to be flexible work/train from home should government advice change in the coming months.
