Data Centre Process Manager (aligned to ITIL)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

  • Reporting to the data centre lead and working under his direction 
  • Review and Improvement of Data centre documentation and processes
  • Review of processes and procedures to provide guidance and tightening of the controls
  • Creation and refreshing / updating of documentation aligning to data centre best practices
  • Creation of site details (to be agreed) and capabilities where unknown to help in day to day site management
  • Work closely with the DC managers and Data centre teams.
  • Occasional Travel to sites in Europe 

  • Good understanding of Data Centre processes and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL 
  • Flexibility to travel 
  • Previous Financial Services experience essential
