CRM Product Owner
Elevation are working with this global organisation exclusively. This is a newly created role working as part of the Digital Team.
This is a pivotal role that acts as the Product Lead for the CRM System. In summary you will understand the global business unit's requirements from the CRM system, drive the CRM roadmap, transforming the innovation pipeline, ensure the technical team are briefed for changes and the system is then performing in the right way for the business. You will then be responsible for working with sales teams to ensure they are getting the best from the system and work with the system provider on new features and system launches
What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?
*Experience of managing / working with CRM systems
*Strong Product Management / Product Ownership
*Excellent Commercial understanding - ability to understand business needs and brief into technical teams
*Ability to work cross functionally and in a global environment
