CRM Executive

We work with a wide range of partners across industries such as price comparison and print media, as well as PropTech, FinTech and financial services, helping them power their own successful energy and telecoms switching solutions to their customers.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our Marketing Function reporting to our Senior CRM Manager.  This role will be delivering CRM campaigns to engage and retain existing energy and telecoms customers and drive retention rate and re-switches.

CRM Executive Responsibilities:

•Implement the CRM strategy across email, letters, calls and other CRM channels
•Support activities across verticals energy and telecoms and drive switches through online and offline channels, i.e. our website and call centre
•Manage CRM automation, from prospecting new email addresses to first switch and re-switch
•Run regular campaigns to promote exclusives, deals and other special offers or seasonal events
•Work closely with the content and design teams to create relevant collateral
•Develop a test and learn approach and continuously improve deliverability, open rates and CTR
•Provide weekly/monthly reporting on key metrics, e.g. email base, sends, switches
•Build a strong relationship with external stakeholders, e.g. ESP
•Regular best practice sharing with external stakeholders to keep abreast of the latest trends

CRM Executive Requirements:

•Demonstratable experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably from the comparison, home services or personal finance sector
•Experience in managing CRM activities across lifecycle automation and campaigns, for email and cross-channel, e.g. letter, calls, SMS
•A proficient user of ESPs, e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp, SalesForce
•Experience with Direct Mail acquisition campaigns is a plus
•Strong organisational and project management experience with a focus on executing process and delivering results on time
•Ambitious self-starter, willing to take initiative
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data insights into actions
•Highly developed verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills
•Outside-in perspective, with the drive and desire to stay close to industry trends and identify opportunities
•Hands-on, ‘roll up sleeves’ approach, and ability, to getting the job done
•Passion for helping consumers save money on their bills and being part of the drive to create a more competitive home services market.
•Degree desired, preferably in marketing, communications or related field
