We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Creative Leader, who can inspire and mentor the staff of the Creative Department at Lonsdale Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising (LSS), and help the Agency maintain its standing as the premier Strategic & Creative Agency in the market. Based in Trinidad & Tobago (T&T), the Agency services clients locally and throughout the Caribbean region. LSS is truly full service, offering: Traditional Advertising & Media; Digital Media Strategy & Design; Event Management; Spatial Design; Corporate Communications and Publications capability.
We handle a diverse a mix of  local and international clients, some small and some quite large. The right candidate must be flexible and have experience at a senior level, as well as possessing a strong portfolio of award winning and effective work.

Job Purpose:
The right candidate must will have the following responsibilities:

Manage the conceptualisation of creative ideas and the production of creative materials by developing basic presentation approaches for traditional and digital channels; directing layout, design, and copy writing; determining and monitoring production schedules; providing work direction to staff.

* Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.

* Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

* Develop basic presentation approaches by reviewing materials and information presented by client.

* Determine production requirements by reviewing client requirements; considering scheduling factors.

* Determine work flow by conferring with heads of art, copy writing, Digital and  Audio Visual production departments; outlining basic presentation concepts; coordinating creative activities.

* Determine online and offline project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.

* Obtain client approval by presenting final layouts to client.

* Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

* Improve marketing quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing creative processes; implementing changes.

* Assist clients by answering questions and responding to requests.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.

* Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
