The role: Corporate Associate - Magic Circle - 2-3 years' PQE

With an incredibly strong pipeline forecasted, the need for an exceptionally talented Associate to join the team has arisen. The Corporate Associate will be both technical and commercial with the ability to manage a high degree of responsibility.

Responsibilities:Corporate Associate - Magic Circle - 2-3 years' PQE

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following fields, within a similar practice:

• M&A
• Securities and Capital Market transactions
• JV structuring
• Regulatory, Reorganisations and Restructurings

Profile Required: Corporate Associate - Magic Circle - 2-3 years' PQE

• You will have 4+ years' PQE and with a strong academic background
• You will confident and self-motivated and a highly effective communicator
• You will have a track record in provide outstanding customer service to your clients

Associates with between 2 and 3 years' experience across M&A and/or JV, both those based in London or considering relocation are welcomed to apply. Candidates at Counsel and Partner level are also encouraged to get in touch as the firm is currently extremely active in the market and looking to bring in further lateral hires.
