We are searching for a reliable, experienced Commercial Account Handler to join an already highly successful Commercial team; this position will suit someone who delivers great customer service and excellent negotiating skills are crucial.

Responsibilities: 

• Adjustments and Complex MTA’s
• Ad-hoc re-broking cases in relation to unique requirements
• Generating New Business
• Daily caseloads in respect of incoming post enquiries and emails
• Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention
• Handling a book of renewals
