Role Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start or progress a career in sales and account management. Working closely with service leads, the role involves reaching out to new and existing clients to raise awareness of the services offered by our client. You will guide clients through the onboarding process and then manage the day-to-day relationship thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach to new clients (phone, email, in person)
- Onboarding new clients to the services
- Arranging client meetings, initially with Account Managers
- Collating sales packs and samples for dispatch to new and prospective clients
- Encouraging the use of portals and services (outreach, training, etc.)
- Assisting in new product development based on client feedback and implementing these for the client base
- Maintaining and tracking the onboarding process
- Preparing quotes and handling administrative tasks for ad-hoc jobs

You Will Have
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and the internet
- Experience in a client-facing role
