If you’re a qualified Care Assistant (PSA – Personal Support Assistant), then we want to hear from you!We have a variety of fantastic opportunities available at our Stoke Gifford Retirement Village, based in Bristol, BS16 1YG. 

Hours: Various hours available, including Relief Bank work, working a mix of early and late day shifts.

Rate of Pay: £9.30 per hour - £9.64 per hour depending on qualifications

Responsibilities as a Care Assistant?

  • Provide all aspects of personal care to residents
  • Promoting and support the physical, emotional and wellbeing of residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Provide personalised housing related to support service

Our ideal Care Assistant:

  • Qualified at NVQ Level 2 or QCF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience gained in a similar role
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to make a difference
  • Personable with ability to build rapport with residents
