- Deliver a strong consultative approach to lead generation through qualifying marketing leads and generating sales.
- Conduct research to identify and engage relevant decision makers to discover and qualify their business needs.
- Clearly position solution benefits while overcoming objections
- Schedule appointments for Sales specialists that drive high quality Sales opportunities
- Effectively use Social Media platforms in order to nurture leads, schedule sales appointments and hit targets!
- Maintain an organised workload of prospective clients to effectively prioritise warmer leads which are more likely to convert to Sales meetings
- Establish and share best practice prospecting techniques with the rest of the team
- Provide updates and feedback on what’s working and what isn’t so marketing programmes can be improved
- Write and adapt email scripts and Outreach sequences
- Work independently to achieve individual monthly goals while also contributing to a team goal
- 3+ years of Business Development / Sales experience
- Knowledge of Fintech/ Financial Services/ SAAS Products
- Outstanding phone presence with the ability to build trust with prospective clients
- Self-motivated, resilient and competitive; driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals
- Experience working on systems such as Outreach, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office
- Clear understanding of buyer personas and identifying target market needs
