· Exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading publisher/broadcaster, marketing organisation or sophisticated interactive advertising agency.
· Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.
· Experience selling digital video, TV, audio, and/or online media
· Excellent organization, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication
· Ability to communicate a large offering of solutions with a focus on OTT, video, audio and third party measurement solutions.
· Can thrive in past paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills.
· Bachelor’s degree

As a Brand Account Executive on the Advertising Sales Team, you are responsible for driving Amazon’s CTV and Audio ad solutions and vision to Agency and Brand clients. Your role consists of reaching revenue and product adoption goals through prospecting, developing and pitching tailored programs, highlighting the value proposition, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing and retaining business. You work with your account team to develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Amazon’s OTT offering with advertisers and ensure your customers’ video and audio investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking the lead in strategizing upper funnel solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon’s benefits, and working internally to innovate solutions that meet the needs of our advertising customers. This role will drive you to define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. As an individual contributor, you’ll be joining an elite sales organization and will benefit from having direct access to the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth. Candidates should have experience selling CTV and/or audio programmatically, strong knowledge of the OTT landscape, experience negotiating and closing upfronts, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our brand media clients and agencies
· Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients at all levels within large organizations
· Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
· Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
· Understand Amazon's video, audio, and digital advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for advertisers
· Utilize sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly and annual quota goals
· Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
