We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Installer to join our team in Northampton with immediate start.

The successful candidate for the position of Assistant Installer will have the following duties and responsibilities:


  • Installation, delivery and service of fitness equipment such as:


  • Multi-gyms;
  • Treadmills;
  • Cross-trainers;
  • Cycles etc.


Into private homes and commercial premises across the UK.


  • 05:00 start each Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week plus overtime.


In order to be considered for the position of Assistant Installer you will have gained the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Must be physically fit and healthy and able to lift and carry as customers often require their new equipment installed above or below ground floor level and consequently heavy lifting is a requirement of the role.


  • Experience in using hand tools and some basic mechanical engineering knowledge is essential.


  • Able to use your own initiative but able to work as a team.
  • Need to hold a full clean UK driving licence and must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience for insurance purposes.
  • Be of smart and clean appearance as they will be interacting with customers at every installation.
  • Good communication skills, thorough and reliable.
  • Have a positive “can do” attitude, and determination to follow a job through from start to finish, and be prepared to work long days when required.



The weekly wage: £450.00 for 45hrs per week.

If after 6 months you achieve full Lead Installer level, the weekly wage will be £495.00.

Regular overtime is available giving the potential to earn significantly more.

Weekly overtime rate:   £10.00 per hour;

Weekend overtime rate:   £12.00 per hour.

In addition, we also operate a workplace attendance bonus which is paid on a monthly basis, giving you the potential to earn another £40 per month.
