What will you be doing?

We are looking for a driven Assistant Editor who wants to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing media business as we expand our operations and staffing into London and Manchester over the next 12 months.

Based out of our Cheltenham HQ with the ability to work flexibly you will have the opportunity to work with a vastly diverse range of clients and productions from tech and brand through to construction and manufacturing. 

You will be both assisting our team of editors and working on your own projects. From logging footage both remotely and on client location, editing your own projects, to organising footage archives.

Skills & Experience

  • Competent and creative editor
  • Final Cut Pro X experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience with sound editing and/or colourist is desirable but not essential
  • Motion graphics / animation in After Effects is d desirable but not essential
  • Experience working on editing projects for corporate & brand clients is desirable but not essential
  • Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds on projects
  • Use initiative to manage workload
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Clear communicator
  • Desire to be challenged and open to feedback
  • Self motivated and ambitious
  • Sense of humour
