What we’re looking for:

Joining Daviesasan Adjuster Support Technicianmeans that you willprovide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.So, you’ll need tobea great communicator,dedicated toprovidingaprofessional and empatheticservice.

It’s a busy role, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include:

  • Answerinbound calls

  • Issue reports to clients when required

  • Resolve customer queries proactively

  • Appoint suppliers

  • Makeoutbound calls to customer/supplier/clients

  • Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims

  • To support the field adjusters and associates

  • Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership

  • To carry out any reasonable instruction given by their senior manager, in line with business requirements

Contracted business hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 14:00

Team hours expected 08:30 – 17:30 with 1 hour lunch.

The skillsand qualitiesyou’ll need:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Logical approach

  • Compassionate

  • Good attention to detail

  • A professional and adaptable communication style – both written and verbal;

  • Efficient administrative skills;

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;

  • A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach

There are no specific qualifications that we demandfor the role; and although we welcome those with previous industry experience, it’s transferrable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies.
