As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible managing Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, allocating cash, reconciliations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: setting up and maintaining customer accounts; reviewing credit payment history; daily invoicing and raising credit notes; responding to and resolving queries in a timely manner; maintain the accounts receivable ledgers; management of aged debt; chasing debt by telephone and email; various accounts receivable and sales month end tasks.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in an Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Be a fluent French Speaker - Highly Beneficial
