2nd Line Support Engineer - £225 - £300 per day Inside IR35 - London
Rate: Up to £300 per day
Duration: 6 months + Ext
IR35: Inside
Location: Central London - Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm

A client of ours based in central London are looking to hire for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team as well as get involved in a handful of projects including migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades.

Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer
  • Azure Active Directory - Managing policies, account management
  • MS 365 - Using admin centre to troubleshoot issues within the suite
  • Intune -Understanding/ creating policies, general understanding and configure policies
  • Windows Server - Basic administration of Windows Server, monitoring VMs
  • Networking - Troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Routers
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Keen to learn and be a team player

Desirable - 2nd Line Support Engineer
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • MS Certifications - Azure/M365
  • ITIL / Prince2
