Call recordings privacy notice
This privacy notice applies to telephone calls recorded by Monster. When a customer calls Monster’s Global Customer Service, the call is recorded. Such a call may contain personal data.
We use the recorded calls to train our Customer Service agents. The calls help us deliver quality services to our customers.
The call recordings may be shared with the following recipients:
- The Monster group of companies on a worldwide basis.
- Third parties who help us deliver our services to you.
- Other third parties required by law.
We retain the calls for one year. This retention period will not apply to personal data involved in legal proceedings.
Upon request we will provide you with access to information we hold about you. You also have the rights of rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability and the right to request that Monster restricts the processing of personal data about you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.
Calls may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, including the United States and other countries where Monster operates. Monster participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU – U.S. and Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
