When have you been most motivated?

When I first went into sales, I had to undergo a rigorous training programme. It was self-directed and required a lot of self-motivation. I thrived on the whole experience: the discipline, the planning and the deadlines. We were also expected to do our office duties. It was a pressure cooker, but I got through it.
When I have had a specific project to complete. I like to know the specifics of a project from beginning to end. I like definite deadlines, and I like to meet those deadlines. I expect some deviation from the original plan, but I try to stay focused and not let myself drift too far afield. I have a great attention to detail and like to take my time and do it right the first time.
When I'm working with people and helping them solve problems. I like that I am able to assist customers. My strengths are communications and problem solving. I have had several commendations for my customer service work. I have an ability to build relationships and keep customers. That's when I'm at my best and most motivated.
