2. Verbal Evaluation
The Verbal Evaluation test measures your ability to understand and evaluate the logic of different kinds of arguments.
This test is currently being trialled for use in actual selection processes for SHL, a leading publisher of psychometric tests. Once you have completed the 24 minute test, you will be emailed valuable feedback on your performance.

3. Interpreting Numerical Data
The Interpreting Numerical Data test requires you to make correct decisions from straightforward statistical information and other numerical data.
This test is currently being trialled for use in actual selection processes for SHL, a leading publisher of psychometric tests. Once you have completed the test, you will be emailed valuable feedback on your performance.

4. Interpreting your Results
The full-length test you completed is aimed at applicants for junior manager or supervisory roles across a wide range of job sectors. Although the test is intended for this level of role, they are suitable for anyone who wants to hone their numerical or verbal skills or prepare for an application process.
Don’t be discouraged if your results were not as high as you had hoped– your verbal and numerical reasoning skills change over time depending on your experience. You can also actively improve these skills by practicing tests such as these and exposing yourself to good quality written information, problem solving exercises and financial reports. Your Feedback Report will have provided you with more hints and tips on how to achieve this.
